Ons santoku-mes is een ware driedubbele bedreiging en maakt het makkelijk om te hakken, snijden en fijn te hakken. Met een korter lemmet dan een koksmes, is het ideaal om snel en precies te snijden.     HexClad bestek heeft een levenslange garantie tegen fabricagefouten. Deze garantie dekt geen schade door onjuist gebruik of opslag, ongelukken, verlies of diefstal. Schade als gevolg van snijden op harde oppervlakken, wrikken, draaien, buigen, het snijden van bevroren voedsel en andere harde voedingsmiddelen valt niet onder deze garantie. Daarnaast valt schade door gebruik in de vaatwasser, messen die in water worden geweekt/staand achtergelaten, niet onmiddellijk worden gedroogd na het wassen, of gebruik in een horecagelegenheid niet onder deze garantie. De volgende omstandigheden vallen niet onder onze levenslange garantie: botte messen, schade aan het pakkahouten handvat, roest, verkleuring en gebogen/gebroken/afgebroken mesbladen.
