Seasoning
On medium-low heat, spread a teaspoon of oil inside the pan for 2-3 minutes. As you cook over time, the performance will enhance from natural re-seasoning.

HexClad distributes heat swiftly. Start on lower temperatures; medium with HexClad equals medium-high with others.
Cleaning
Soak in soapy water then scrub.
