This is the ultimate duo for dinner parties. Our carving knife and fork feature a 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel blade for superior slicing, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. The knife’s rounded tip ensures safe plating, while the stainless steel fork keeps meat steady. Ergonomic pakkawood handles complete the set.

A dual-sided carving board: one side for carving with hexagon grips and juice trenches, the other smooth for chopping. Made of durable beechwood, it includes a removable tray for scraps and a handle for easy carrying.

Seasoning
On medium-low heat, spread a teaspoon of oil inside the pan for 2-3 minutes. As you cook over time, the performance will enhance from natural re-seasoning.
Heat Guidance

Cleaning
Soak in soapy water then scrub.
Seasoning
Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Then apply a small amount of food-grade mineral oil to the board and let sit for a few hours to absorb into the wood before using.

Pat dry immediately with a clean towel or paper towels and stand upright on your kitchen counter to dry completely. Do NOT put it in the dishwasher.
