When does the sale run?
Flash Sale runs from Friday, 25 September at 13:00 (CEST) until Monday, 28 September at 08:00 (CEST).
Where is the sale available?
This promotion is available on HexClad websites for the European Union. It is not available on the UK site. Each site operates independently with local pricing, shipping and terms.
How do I get 15% off?
Sign up with your email via the pop-up displayed on the site. Your 15% discount is applied automatically at checkout once you sign up – there's no code to enter manually.
What if the discount doesn't apply automatically?
Your discount code will also be shown on-screen after signing up, so you can enter it manually at checkout if needed. If you're still having trouble, contact customer support for help.
Does the discount apply to everything?
The 15% discount applies to all in-stock items. Gift Cards are excluded, as they are a digital item rather than a physical product.
Can I combine this promotion with other offers?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, offers or promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Returns for sale items follow our standard returns policy.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all standard payment methods offered on the local site, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and financing options such as Klarna – availability of Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 Days varies by region.
