The Giveaway begins at 19:00 CET on 18 November, 2025 and ends at 12:01 CET on 26 November, 2025 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and the European Union aged 18+. Proof of age and residency may be required. Entrants must have a public Instagram account. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of HexClad and their immediate families/households are ineligible. One entry per natural person; using multiple accounts or automated means is prohibited.
To enter via Instagram during the Giveaway Period:
No purchase is necessary to win. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments do not increase chances of winning. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited; suspected fraudulent/duplicate entries may be disqualified. HexClad is not responsible for late, lost, corrupted, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. You release Instagram from any liability.
Two (2) winners will be chosen by random drawing and each winner will receive:
Approximate retail value (ARV) per prize: €238 / £190. Two prizes available.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable. Promoter covers standard shipping to UK/EU addresses; winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
On or about 27 November, 2025, two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within two (2) business days. Winners must respond within 48 hours with required verification information (name, address, age, proof of eligibility). Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Winners are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees unless prohibited by law. Winners are advised to seek independent tax advice.
Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with HexClad's Privacy Policy available at https://hexclad.eu/policies/privacy-policy or https://hexclad.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.
Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR / EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The data collected (e.g., Instagram handle, name, contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and contacting and providing prizes to the winner(s).
By entering, you grant HexClad the right to use your name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Promoter will make available on request the winner's surname and county (or country). To request, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to HexClad November Cookbook Club Giveaway - Winner List Request, 555 Mateo Street, Suite 203, Los Angeles, CA, 90013 within 30 days of the closing date. If a winner objects to disclosure, HexClad will provide evidence of a valid award to the ASA or relevant EU authority on request.
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or that interferes with the integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway may result in disqualification and possible legal action.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable UK and EU laws and regulations, including the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, and GDPR. Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to the Promoter's decisions, which are final and binding.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and the promoter from any liability arising out of participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
