1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized and conducted by One Source To Market d/b/a HexClad Cookware, 555 Mateo St Los Angeles, CA 90013, Contact: [email protected] (“HexClad”).
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram and is not associated with Instagram. The sole contact person and responsible party is HexClad.
2. Eligibility
- Eligibility is limited to persons residing in Europe who are at least 18 years old. Proof of age and residence may be requested.
- Employees, representatives, or affiliates of HexClad and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
- Participants must have a public Instagram account to participate. A temporary switch to 'public' is sufficient.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on June 30, 2026, 20:00 CEST and ends on August 14, 2026, 23:59 CEST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. The timestamp of the required Instagram interactions is decisive.
4. Participation
How to participate during the giveaway period:
- Follow @hexclad_europe
- Like the giveaway post from HexClad.
- Comment on the post and tag one person that you want to make sandwiches with. Only tag people you are certain agree to be tagged. Mass or misleading tagging, as well as tagging celebrities/companies with no relation to you, is prohibited.
Participation is free of charge. In particular, no purchase is required for participation or winning.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated, mass, or third-party generated entries (especially bots, multi-accounts) are prohibited and may be disqualified.
5. Prize
There will be 1 winner determined at random. The winner will receive:
- 1x Starter Knife Set, 2pc (Total MSRP: £179)
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash.
A change to a prize of equal or higher value remains reserved in case of unavailability.
The organizer will cover the standard shipping costs in Europe
6. Selection and Notification of Winners
- The winners will be determined by random draw on August 14th 2026, from all timely and valid entries.
- Notification will occur within three business days via Instagram direct message.
- Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification and provide the details required for prize delivery (name, address, proof of age). If no timely response is received or if delivery is not possible, the prize is forfeited. Up to two alternate winners will be drawn.
The drawing will be documented internally to prove its proper execution.
7. Data Privacy
- Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the GDPR.
- HexClad uses the collected data (e.g., Instagram name, name, contact details) exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and contacting the winner.
- Publication of the Instagram username/first name only occurs with the winner's prior consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

8. Liability
- HexClad has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, according to the Product Liability Act, and to the extent of expressly assumed guarantees.
- In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment primarily enables the proper execution of the giveaway and on whose compliance participants regularly rely), HexClad's liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The same applies to breaches of duty by legal representatives and vicarious agents.
- Each participant fully releases Instagram from any liability in connection with this giveaway.
9. Advertising
With separate consent, the organizer may publish the winner's Instagram username or first name to announce the winner in connection with the giveaway. No further promotional use occurs without additional consent.
10. Early Termination of the Giveaway
HexClad is entitled to adjust, interrupt, or terminate the giveaway if there are valid reasons (e.g., manipulation, technical malfunctions, legal reasons, force majeure), provided that proper execution can no longer be guaranteed. Existing legitimate participation claims will be appropriately considered.
11. General
- HexClad may disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions, provide false information, attempt to manipulate the entry process or the draw, violate the rights of third parties, or impair the process. Disqualification occurs at the organizer's reasonable discretion and in compliance with proportionality.
- German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the participant has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
- For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply. For merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich (Regional Court Munich I).
